Due to growth in the business, this newly established position is an awesome opportunity for an experienced Business Systems Analyst to help shape the future of CORDE.
You’ll work closely with and collaborate with senior leaders to influence and lead the transformation of existing business systems. You will also be responsible for the delivery of evidence-based solutions to drive business improvements and you will consistently add value to the business and our clients by helping them to articulate and validate business requirements and the associated system requirements.
What you’ll bring | Ko ngā pukenga ōu
You will ideally have a degree in computer science or information technology, or you will have the experience behind you to be successful in this role.
You will be driven by data and be able to use that to document, test, train, and implement new applications and systems that add value to the business and the user experience. You are the kind of person who can translate technical terms, effectively communicate your insights in a clear, concise manner, and present them to senior leaders.
You are motivated to ensure we deliver the right solutions, with optimal testing and validation by creating business cases for change and influencing stakeholders to manage change.
Most importantly, you want to help shape the business in line with our mission, vision, and values.
