Due to growth, we are seeking a Contract Manager to join our dedicated parks & reserves team. This position is based at our head office in Rolleston and will require you to spend time throughout the Canterbury region.

Working closely with the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the overall commercial management, administration, and delivery of the parks & reserves maintenance contract ensuring that client requirements are understood and delivered, especially with respect to cost, time, and quality commitments.

You will be a Contract Manager with a minimum of 5 years’ relevant industry experience. Your skills will include identifying areas of continuous improvement and operational excellence, strong financial management, and the ability to establish, maintain, and grow effective stakeholder relationships.

This is an important role in our business that will suit someone who is outcome-focused, enjoys a challenge, and is able to take initiative. You will bring a high level of communication skills with the ability to influence through demonstrated leadership behaviours that inspire others.
