We have a busy forward work program and are looking for a Foreman with strong leadership skills to join our frontline team. You will be responsible for the operational running of plant, labour, materials, and subcontractors for watermain installations. You will be the leader of a water team and need to have good written and verbal communication skills, so your crew understands their daily and weekly tasks. You will have the ability to adapt to different working environments both on and off the road. Attention to detail is essential, as we pride ourselves on quality workmanship and problem solving whilst working within a structured programme.

Work types vary from water reticulation upgrades to water treatment plant construction. We provide a new experience whilst learning and working with the water process from the source to the tap.  It is important that you are hands on and capable of operating when required and for the purpose of mentoring other team members and picking up new skills along the way.

You will be experienced at reading and interpreting plans, communicating effectively and meeting production targets. You must have strong leadership skills and will be able to demonstrate that you have trained and mentored team members in the past. These are essential skills in order to be successful in this position and a leader within our business.

You will bring the following:

  • Experience leading a team within the construction industry (essential)
  • Level 4 Water Reticulation Certificate (essential)
  • WTR endorsements (essential)
  • Physically fit and self-motivated
  • Health and Safety conscious with a positive attitude
