Due to significant growth over the last 2 years, we are seeking an experienced HS&E Manager to lead the health and safety, and environmental agendas for the business and mentor a team of very competent and highly capable professionals.

You will be required to partner and collaborate with senior leaders in the business to ensure the health and safety of the team is integrated into our daily operations while working sustainably. You will be responsible for supporting, coaching, and mentoring at all levels across our business and your pragmatic approach and ability to build trusting relationships will be critical to your success. You’ll have a tertiary qualification in health and safety or sustainability or relevant industry experience and candidates who have experience working in a contracting environment will be looked at favourably.
This is a critical role that will report to the General Manager – People & Capability.
