Due to a busy forward work program, we are seeking either a Project Manager or Project Engineer to join our successful team. The role can be tailored to the level of skills and experience that you bring to the organisation. You may be an experienced and motivated Project Manager who is driven to succeed and can lead by example. Alternatively, we would also consider a Project Engineer who is looking to further expand and develop their career with support from great mentors.
If you consider yourself to be an all-rounder who can deal with challenging opportunities, and you have the confidence to manage projects from concept through to completion, then this is an excellent opportunity to be involved with an industry leader.
What you’ll bring
This role requires someone who ideally holds a tertiary qualification or has relevant industry experience. You will have proven ability to lead teams within the construction industry, with the ability to stay calm under pressure, connect the dots and be innovative in your approach.
You will be part of our great team working on projects in the Canterbury area . You will take ownership of outcomes for your assigned projects, ensuring that the projects are delivered safely and successfully by creating a team oriented and collaborative work environment with a quality and cost-effective service being delivered to our clients. Excellent interpersonal skills and a belief in the leadership role are absolutely essential.
