About the role | Ko te kaupapa

We have a busy forward work program and are looking for skilled Labourers, Operators, and Drivers to join our Three Waters team! These are dynamic roles where you will be involved in the construction of Three Waters infrastructure projects across the Canterbury region.

You will be involved in tasks such as spotting, pipelaying, and operating both small and large equipment, as well as hand tools for various related activities. Ideally, you will have experience in backfilling and compaction, working in and around trenches, and be proficient in digger operation, including loading and unloading.

What you’ll bring | Ko ngā pukenga ōu

  • National Certificate in Water or Drainage (advantageous)
  • Class 2-4 Licence (preferred)
  • WTR endorsements (preferred)
  • STMS (preferred – training will be provided for the right candidate)
  • Physically fit and self-motivated
  • Health and Safety conscious with a positive attitude
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
