About the role | Ko te kaupapa
We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with Project Management experience to join us on a fixed-term basis. Reporting to the Project Sponsor, this senior role is focused on scoping our asset management needs, identifying the best available system solutions, guiding decision-making, and ultimately leading the successful deployment of a new system into the business.
In this role, you will work closely with key stakeholders to gather business requirements, analyse market solutions, and assess their feasibility. You’ll conduct thorough evaluations of potential vendors, considering technical compatibility, cost-benefit factors, and long-term scalability. Once a solution is selected, you will oversee its implementation, ensuring smooth integration with existing systems and minimal disruption to business operations. You’ll manage vendor relationships, support contract negotiations, and keep a close eye on progress and potential risks to ensure everything stays on track. Clear communication and effective change management will be essential in keeping stakeholders informed, engaged, and ready for a successful transition.
This is a unique opportunity to lead a high-impact project from discovery through to implementation. You’ll help shape our future asset management systems and contribute to long-term organisational success.
