Kaitiakitanga is all about being diligent stewards of our land and place. We work with local councils, property developers, industry, Iwi and our local Rūnanga to ensure world-leading sustainable practices.

Environmental leadership is a management priority at CORDE and seen as a key determinant to providing long term sustainable solutions for our clients and the communities within which our own team live.

We understand that business operations have the potential to negatively impact our communities through pollution of the natural environment, emission of greenhouse gases, production of waste and use of scarce resources such as energy and water.

We have several impact initiatives that we implement internally to ensure all our team understand our commitment to best practice. We are passionate about these initiatives and always enjoy sharing those with all new clients.
