While completing works as part of the Rolleston West Trunk Main project, CORDE spent a significant amount of time working close to the preschool. With construction activity happening nearby over an extended period, the team understood the disruption this can sometimes create for neighbouring businesses and the local community.

After learning the preschool would love a new set of swings for the children, the team saw an opportunity to give something back.

With support from several generous local businesses, this community project for local preschool quickly became a reality.

Probuild ITM donated the timber for the project, Curle Contracting brought the swing set to life, and Intelligro supplied the soft fall to complete the space.

The finished result has created a fantastic new play area for the children and is a great example of local businesses working together to support the community.
