About the role | Ko te kaupapa

We are looking for someone who can create a range of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s). In some instances, it will be starting from scratch, and in others bringing together existing documentation to generate a new standardised SOP product. This is a fixed term role for 12 months, to get everything up to scratch and looking great.

This means you will be watching what’s being done, photographing, co-ordinating with SME’s, writing and presenting documents for review and final sign-off through our document management system.

What you’ll bring | Ko ngā pukenga ōu

You will be someone with a strong document creation background preferably from the construction or maintenance industry, although it is not an absolute requirement for the role.

This role is ideal for someone who considers their organisational skills and attention to detail to be their core strengths and who really enjoys systems and the opportunity to create order. You will be naturally drawn to making things better, quicker, and more efficient. You should be comfortable working with controlled document systems and be willing to learn new skills.

This is a great opportunity to be in a role where you can use your initiative, and gain satisfaction from providing real value to the business.
