About the role | Ko te kaupapa
We have an exciting opportunity for a Civil Foreman with strong leadership skills to join our frontline team. You will be responsible for general civil construction works and must be able to demonstrate experience working on roading and base prep, kerb and channel, footpath construction and site works. It is important that you are hands on and ideally capable of operating when required and for the purpose of mentoring other team members.
You will have experience in reading and interpreting plans, effectively communicating with team members, and consistently meeting production targets. Strong leadership skills are essential, and you should be able to demonstrate previous experience in training and mentoring team members. These are essential skills in order to be successful in this position and a leader within our business.

- Full Class 1 Driver Licence (essential)
- Class 2-4 (desirable)
