We are looking for an experienced Supervisor to join our Traffic Management team based in Rolleston.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of traffic management services in response to operational needs while ensuring efficient use of resources, compliance, and above all else, road safety. As a supervisor, you will provide support, coaching, and mentoring across our business and your practical approach and ability to build trusting relationships will be critical to your success.

  • STMS qualifications (essential)
  • Confident with Microsoft Office tools (essential)
  • Mentor / Assessor (desirable)
  • Physically fit and self-motivated
  • Health and Safety conscious with a positive attitude
  • Great communication skills with the ability to interact with a wide range of people
