Due to growth, we are searching for motivated, experienced, and qualified Traffic Management Operatives to join our Traffic Management team based in either Rolleston or Rangiora. This is a full time permanent role working mainly Monday to Friday with some weekend and rostered on-call work required.

Traffic Management forms a significant part of the services we provide to our extensive list of clients throughout the business. As a TMO-P you will assist with site setups and removals, site monitoring, and undertaking site checks as required, as well as working around all aspects of civil and construction works and adapting to changing road conditions.

What you’ll bring | Ko ngā pukenga ōu

  • TMO Practicing (essential)
  • Full Class 1 Driver Licence (essential)
  • Experience using online systems such as Procore
  • Comfortable driving long distances due to the large geographical area our sites cover
  • Ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with road controlling authorities
  • Physically fit and self-motivated
  • Health and Safety conscious with a positive attitude
