The bridge was timber piled with a span of 11m at 3.5m wide. The works also included earthworks and landscaping to form the approaches and stabilise the stream banks, and ducting and realignment of the electrical cable across the new bridge.

The nature of works on this project included both insitu and precast concrete instruction directly adjacent to a live waterway in a sensitive environment. CORDE ensured that Work Instructions were developed and followed for all respective work fronts which were in consideration of the safety, environmental and quality expectations of CCC.
