We’re looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join our team at CORDE for a fixed-term, part-time role. Based in our Rolleston Office, working across a variety of industry sectors, including civil construction, 3waters, maintenance and operational services.

 

What’s the opportunity | He aha te whai waahi

 

Reporting to our Quality, Learning & Development Advisor, you’ll be supporting the day-to-day functions of our training programmes. Some responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinating the scheduling and logistics of internal and external training
  • Maintaining our learning management system: records, reporting, content and general administration
  • Building and publishing the training calendar so our teams always know what’s coming up
  • Supporting the induction and onboarding programme for new starters
  • Helping learners through enrolments for NZ Certificates and Apprenticeships
  • Preparing and issuing certificates, and promoting training opportunities across the business
  • Pulling together training statistics and reports when they’re needed

 

What you’ll bring | Ko ngā pukenga ōu

  • Previous administration experience (Preferrable)
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to juggle competing priorities
  • Confident communication with people at every level, from apprentices on site to the leadership team
  • Solid Microsoft Office skills, particularly Outlook calendar management
  • A practical, level-headed approach to problem solving
  • Genuine interest in learning, development, HR or people-focused work
