The Omarama Water Treatment Plant was an NZS3910 Measure and Value contract. The site works and building took place in June/July, the coldest season in Omarama. Site was far from local suppliers so requirement for meticulous planning. All teams involved required working away for extended periods of time, with thought given to rotating teams off-site to spend time at home.
